2. Ordini / Orders
Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by payment via Stripe. After payment, a designer contacts you within one business day to begin the project brief. Work begins after the brief is confirmed and all required materials are received. / Gli ordini vengono effettuati tramite il sito e confermati con pagamento via Stripe.
3. Consegna / Delivery
All services are delivered digitally as design files, PDFs, and supporting documentation. Delivery timelines are confirmed during the project briefing process. All timelines begin from receipt of complete project materials and approved brief. / Tutti i servizi vengono consegnati digitalmente come file di design, PDF e documentazione.
4. Revisioni / Revisions
Standard plans include two structured revision rounds covering feedback within the confirmed project brief scope. Material changes to scope are quoted separately. Rush Delivery add-on expedites the timeline by approximately 50%. / I piani standard includono due round di revisione strutturati nell'ambito dello scope del brief. designgentle is liable only for errors directly attributable to our work within the confirmed project scope. 6. Legge Applicabile / Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Avellino, Italy. / I presenti termini sono disciplinati dalla legge italiana. Le controversie sono soggette alla giurisdizione esclusiva del Tribunale di Avellino.
